Why curvy women should consider drinking water


When curvy woman are trying to get pregnant, they should think about how they can be drinking water with the proper amount of fluoride.

According to the American Pregnancy Association, women who are pregnant should use up to five cups of water per day and should drink water at least three times a day.

Drinking more than five cups is also recommended to help keep the baby hydrated.

“We recommend that you drink water with at least two cups of fluoride, with a ratio of 1:2:1,” says a spokeswoman for the American Beverage Association.

“If you’re trying to conceive, drink at least five cups per day.”

According to the Pregnancy Center, it’s recommended that women drink two cups or more of water a day to reduce their chances of contracting the deadly disease chlamydia.

A person’s risk of contracting chlamydial infection is approximately 1 in 100,000.

While a woman may be able to avoid getting pregnant by drinking only one or two cups a day, it can be dangerous if they’re not careful.

According a recent study, drinking too much water could lead to miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy and stillbirth.

“If you want to get the most out of your pregnancy, you should drink at a rate of at least four or five cups a week,” said Dr. Karen Buehler, a clinical assistant professor of obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Colorado Denver Medical Center.

“I think we all need to look at ourselves and think about what we’re doing and how much we’re drinking, because if we’re not getting enough, we’re probably not getting the right amount of water,” she said.

Drinking more than four cups a month is also the recommended amount of caffeine for women who have trouble sleeping.

If you have trouble falling asleep, consider drinking two cups and drinking three or four cups of coffee a day in addition to water.
