‘Gag order’: Woman pleads guilty in prostitution case

“We’re not allowed to do anything, because if we do we’ll go to jail.”

A 24-year-old woman from Texas pleaded guilty on Thursday to one count of conspiracy to commit prostitution and a count of pandering, according to a news release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Texas.

The woman was arrested in Texas last year.

The woman allegedly arranged to pay a man to engage in prostitution and deliver her baby for her.

She also allegedly arranged for another man to provide sex for the baby, the news release said.

The charges are separate from a separate investigation conducted by the FBI.

It’s unclear if the baby would have been born in Texas.

The suspect, who was released from custody on $10,000 bail, faces up to five years in prison.

She has not yet entered a plea.
